Toxic beliefs are all those beliefs we have about ourselves that are negativo and may harm us mentally. These beliefs are sometimes subconsciente and we may not be saying them out loud, but we think about them often.
They are mostly rooted in infancia and represent how our parents or other people around us saw us.
For example, if a girl is a bit chubby growing up, and everyone around her tells her she needs to lose weight, when she finally grows up and becomes a beautiful, fit, young girl – she still sees herself as a chubby woman who is not pretty enough – even though it is not true.
These toxic beliefs can daño our self-esteem and how we present ourselves in the world. Also, they can make it more difficult for us to manifest our desires because we may believe we are not worthy of them.

Most people experience these negative beliefs and hear them in their mind, but they think it is their voz interior, or their realistic mind speaking to them. This is mostly incorrect and our limiting beliefs may be at play.
Try to stop for a second and see how your body reacts when you say a negative statement about yourself. It is never accepting, it becomes sad and anxious – these are the signs your real self is not like that.
So, the next time you hear your inner voice say something negative, write it down and rephrase it into something positive.
Once you recognize all your negative beliefs about yourself, you will feel much better to realize these are just toxic thoughts – not the truth.

You need to realize that you were herido by these beliefs in the past and you need to give yourself grace. You did not know better and your life was not easy.
However, now that you are wiser and you are growing spiritually, you will meet parts of yourself that you did not want to come across.
This is why you need to be forgiving to yourself and practice a lot of amor propio in order to heal. Spend time with yourself and learn what you enjoy doing and what helps the new you thrive. You will have a blast!

Mantras are of extreme importance when you want to reprogram our subconscious beliefs – develop those that are contrary to your old beliefs. This will help you realize the power of your thoughts.

Born and raised in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Ever since I was a little girl, my imagination knew no bounds. I remember vividly how I’d scribble down short stories, each page bursting with adventures and characters conjured up from the whimsy of my mind. These stories weren’t just for me; they were my way of connecting with my friends, offering them a slice of my fantasy world during our playtimes. The joy and excitement on their faces as we dived into my fictional realms motivated me to keep writing. This early passion for storytelling naturally evolved into my pursuit of writing, turning a childhood hobby into a fulfilling career.
