But the negatives outweigh the positives. Being productive and staying on track is easier when work is <strong>streamlined<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our brains aren&rsquo;t even capable of doing two things at once. When &lsquo;multitasking&rsquo;, you&rsquo;re really just toggling back and forth between multiple things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And that can exhaust you. <em>Fast<\/em>. It pushes your brain into <strong>overdrive<\/strong>. Aim for <strong>sencillez<\/strong>. Y <strong>saldo<\/strong>. Do one thing at a time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Try writing down your tasks and checking them off one by one.Do this consistently to improve your attention span and stay distraction-free.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. For many, it&rsquo;s a coping mechanism for <strong>estr\u00e9s<\/strong> y <strong>ansiedad<\/strong>. But distractions in and of themselves aren&rsquo;t inherently bad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A distraction is anything that prevents you from focusing on something else. But a distraction is no longer a distraction after you complete your tasks. And it&rsquo;s <em>crucial<\/em> to make that distinction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After a 25-minute burst of <strong>concentraci\u00f3n<\/strong>, reward yourself with 5 minutes of <strong>ocio<\/strong>. Reward yourself whenever you complete a task to sustain long-term balance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remember, the goal isn&rsquo;t to work yourself to death.
