Don&rsquo;t put yourself on the back burner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apart from <em>terapia<\/em> y <em>medicine<\/em>, many people have started to turn to alternative treatments for stress and anxiety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Many people suffer from anxiety and while it is treatable, only <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/adaa.org\/understanding-anxiety\/facts-statistics\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">43.2%<\/a><\/strong> are actually receiving treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Research has shown that yoga <strong>helps relieve<\/strong> stress and anxiety, even though this wasn&rsquo;t its initial purpose.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yoga wasn&rsquo;t developed as treatment for anxiety, but it&rsquo;s very effective in <strong>calmante<\/strong> the mind and body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Stand tall, with feet <strong>hip-width<\/strong> apart and with your arms at your sides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Back is <strong>straight<\/strong> and the crown of your head is reaching for the ceiling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Inhale<\/em> through your nose and on your <em>exhale<\/em>, bend forward slowly. Bend your knees as well as to not put too much strain on your hamstrings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Take note that you should be bending from your hips and reaching for the ground.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If it&rsquo;s within your practice, try to <strong>toque<\/strong> the floor or even grab your ankles. If not, just let your hands dangle at the sides of your legs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Then step your <strong>derecha<\/strong> foot back and <em>then<\/em> su <strong>left<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You may bring your heels to the ground, but if you&rsquo;re too stiff, leave them up or try pedaling your feet in order to alleviate the strain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can stay in this pose for about <strong>5 breaths,<\/strong> through the nose and out the mouth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.
