The Jews called them <em>Kimah<\/em>, and in the Scripture, they reveal some things about the nature of God.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. God is reminding Job of His unparalleled authority over the universe.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The chains of the Pleiades are a poetic way of <strong>describing the gravitation<\/strong> that holds these stars together in a tight cluster.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For thousands of years, people have looked up at those stars, but only God understood the laws that held them there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This passage teaches us that God&rsquo;s wisdom and power are so far beyond anything we can comprehend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He is the <strong>sustainer of all things<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. God is the one who controls day and night, the seasons, and the movement of the waters.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The star cluster is used as a reminder that one God rules everything.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They remind us of His power and His precision, calling us to have faith that <strong>He will provide<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. They were a <strong>way to keep time<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The biblical references to them reflect their significance in the natural world.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As such, they teach us that God cares for our <strong>daily survival<\/strong>. He provided the signs in the sky to help farmers know when to sow and reap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every time we see these stars, we&rsquo;re reminded of His provision.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.
