Sometimes you have to overcome your pain and move on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>You can&rsquo;t fix anything by thinking about it. It&rsquo;s okay to remove some people from your life because they&rsquo;ve caused you pain.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It&rsquo;s okay to change your life and remember all the bad and hurtful things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But, you have to forgive yourself and others. It&rsquo;s okay to feel negative emotions sometimes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But, when you become a bitter person who can only see negative things, it&rsquo;s time to reject those negative emotions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>If you can solve some things in your life that will help you to feel less angry or bitter, do it.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But, if you can&rsquo;t change things, you have to accept your reality. Stop analyzing things. Don&rsquo;t be mad anymore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Forgive and move on because you deserve to feel better about yourself. You deserve to feel positive emotions.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When you make peace with your situation, you will find peace. You don&rsquo;t have to prove your worth to others. You need to prove to yourself that you have a big heart.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.
