People follow courage because when they see someone step into the chaotic void, other people will instinctively follow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Courage and bravery will inspire action and create momentum. This mindset enables them to lead change and assist others during difficult times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Men with a growth mindset also <strong>ispirare<\/strong> people because they are demonstrating what&rsquo;s possible. Their process is what drives others to grow as well.
