They try to dominate and call it leading.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. He&rsquo;s mentally and emotionally present with his partner.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Leadership can&rsquo;t be the same as control because <strong>control is lazy<\/strong>. It only requires compliance. However, leadership takes <strong>engagement and effort<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Women don&rsquo;t need a boss at home; they need someone who treats the relationship like a job worth showing up for, instead of a comfort zone.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.
