Of course, social media doesn&rsquo;t help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So you adapt. You think that if you&rsquo;re funny, fit, or successful enough, you&rsquo;ll finally feel like you can measure up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But here&rsquo;s the thing, none of it <strong>feels authentic<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And the more you chase the standard, the more you lose touch with who you really are.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That&rsquo;s where the weight of invisibility really kicks in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. When you&rsquo;re always worrying about whether you&rsquo;re doing things right, you lose trust in yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4f60 <strong>\u731c\u7591<\/strong> your choices and your words.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Instead of feeling secure in your own skin, you&rsquo;re stuck in this loop of doubt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since it&rsquo;s all an act, you&rsquo;re never sure how well you&rsquo;re doing it, how much is too much, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">True confidence only comes from owning who you are.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you&rsquo;re busy performing, you never give yourself the chance to build that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Instead, you&rsquo;re left <strong>playing a character<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. At the end of the day, you&rsquo;re drained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You have no strength left for the things that are actually meaningful to you, like your actual hobbies and friendships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your brain is <strong>working overtime<\/strong> to maintain this fake version of you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In all this mess, you forget what <strong>joy and excitement<\/strong> feel like, and without them, you can&rsquo;t feel desirable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It&rsquo;s a numb and lonely existence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. It&rsquo;s kind of a <strong>catfish situation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The version you show them might be desirable for a time, but it&rsquo;s not sustainable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eventually, the cracks will show.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They&rsquo;ll feel cheated, you&rsquo;ll feel rejected, and it&rsquo;s a recipe for a <strong>disaster<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You&rsquo;re robbing both of you of the chance to have something real, thinking they wouldn&rsquo;t like the real you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, that&rsquo;s their call.
