They just have a nasty habit that you can bring to their attention.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. It feels frustrating and lonely, making you wonder if they&rsquo;re even a true friend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I remember trying to share something major with a friend who&rsquo;s been trauma dumping on me for years, and she interrupted me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From then on, I never shared anything important with her again unless she asked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It doesn&rsquo;t have to be like that with you if the person in question is willing to <strong>\u63a5\u53d7 <\/strong>some <strong>feedback<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. If you simply tell them that you don&rsquo;t feel like they listen or that they talk too much, they might take it personally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If I had to guess, they probably <strong>interrupt<\/strong> you before you get to finish your point. They acknowledge what you shared briefly, and immediately hog the conversation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6709 <strong>no follow-up questions<\/strong>, and even if you try to bring it back to what you wanted to say, they just change the topic again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. You don&rsquo;t talk about your job or relationship, you don&rsquo;t bring up your interests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So, much <strong>like a therapist<\/strong>, you listen to them talk for a whole hour, and maybe throw in a few follow-up questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But the real exhaustion comes from being unable to get things off your chest. The entire relationship with that person starts to feel pointless.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Whenever spending time with someone leaves you more burdened than when you met them, it&rsquo;s a bad sign.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.
