Nothing you do, eat, or consume can fill that ever-expanding void within you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u8d2a\u98df\u4e4b\u7075\u4f1a\u5371\u5bb3\u4f60\u7684 <strong>\u5065\u5eb7<\/strong> \u548c <strong>\u5e78\u798f<\/strong>. Like all spirits, it works subtly from the shadows, concealing its evil presence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You may not even notice it until it&rsquo;s too late. What happens when you overindulge in it? Consuming food, drink, or anything else is always <strong>\u6709\u635f<\/strong> to your health. When you go beyond your needs for sustenance, you endanger yourself. The Spirit knows this and, when possible, takes full advantage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Therefore, you feel compelled to eat constantly &ndash; even when you&rsquo;re not hungry. You want to eat and consume because it soothes you and offers fleeting relief, not because it sates your hunger. It&rsquo;s more of an <strong>\u60c5\u6b32<\/strong> \u5bfc\u81f4\u8eab\u4f53\u5e76\u53d1\u75c7\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4f60\u4ece\u4e0d\u89c9\u5f97 <strong>\u6ee1\u8db3<\/strong> \u6216 <strong>\u5185\u5bb9<\/strong>, no matter how much food or drink you consume. This extends to the point where you no longer control yourself or your life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u01de\u01de\u01de <strong>\u5723\u7ecf<\/strong> \u5b83\u544a\u8bc9\u6211\u4eec<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\"<em>All things are lawful for me, but all things are not helpful. You may know this subconsciously, but weight loss becomes wishful thinking.
