You feel like everything you do is useless. Your conscience can&rsquo;t leave you alone sometimes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>But, try to change your perspective before you look for some solutions.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>If your conscience is torturing you, it just means you&rsquo;re a good person.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>You&rsquo;re aware of your mistakes. You&rsquo;re aware of yourself.<\/p>\n<p><strong>You feel bad for something you did. You&rsquo;re compassionate toward others and now your mistakes are haunting you.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Of course, it&rsquo;s still desirable to get rid of those feelings because you can&rsquo;t grow with them.<\/p>\n<p><strong>You still have to move on and accept your past. Nobody is perfect and everyone&rsquo;s mistakes can be painful.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You&rsquo;re a good person because you feel guilty and ashamed, but sometimes you have to put an end to all these feelings.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Sometimes you have to find a few ways to help yourself.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<h2>1. Even if you haven&rsquo;t done anything, it&rsquo;s possible to feel guilty.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>If you know that you were responsible for causing bad things, then it&rsquo;s even worse.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>In the end, you have to own up to your situation. You have to take responsibility for your actions.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You have to make peace with everything because it happened and you can&rsquo;t change anything right.<\/p>\n<p><strong>It happened and you have to find peace now. You have to accept your past and guilt.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Your conscience will leave you alone when you become brave enough to embrace your wrong actions.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Don&rsquo;t expect a lot and just follow your heart.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Try to be kind and compassionate. Try to set a good example for others and yourself.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Ask God and the higher forces to forgive you.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ask others to forgive you too. Even if they don&lsquo;t forgive you, you will feel like you&rsquo;ve done something useful.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You will feel like you&rsquo;ve tried to make things better. It&rsquo;s scary to do this, but have faith that it will help.<\/p>\n<p><em>If needed, forgive others. Sometimes we&rsquo;re burdened by the things we&rsquo;ve done to someone, but we try to justify it by the fact they&rsquo;ve also done something bad.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Don&rsquo;t hold a grudge and be forgiving. Other people are also guilty of something.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>We&rsquo;re all humans, and you can&rsquo;t be so hard on yourself. You can&rsquo;t be so critical all the time.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can work hard to live a better life. You can do so many great things worthy of admiration.<\/p>\n<p>You probably already did some amazing things in your life, but you&rsquo;re not acknowledging them.<\/p>\n<p><em>Your guilt and shame will leave when you understand that it&rsquo;s not the end of the world.
