For centuries, people have spoken of guardian angels – beings of light and protection who step in when danger is near.
Skeptics may call them coincidences, but for those who lived through these moments, there’s no doubt in their minds: someone beyond this world was watching over them.

1. The Boy in the Pool
One man, now 38, still vividly remembers what happened when he was just six years old.
Playing in his family’s pool, he tipped over in his floaty and found his foot stuck underwater. Panicked, he struggled until he had no energy left.
Then, something miraculous happened.
“I remember opening my eyes under water and seeing a very bright light on the surface,” he recalled. “Just as I saw the light, I felt my foot come undone, like someone pulled it away from me.”
When he broke the surface, no one was there. His mother returned seconds later, but he knew she hadn’t freed him.
He believes it was an angel’s hand that released his foot and carried him to safety.
2. The Stranger at the Subway
At her lowest point, a 21-year-old woman planned to end her life on the subway tracks.
She walked to the platform ready to jump, until fate, or something higher, placed an angel in her path.
Her subway card slipped and landed near the feet of a security guard. He not only picked it up but said, “Hey, you don’t look good… are you alright?”
When she tried to walk away, he gently grabbed her arm and said, “Please talk to me. I’ll try to help you.”
In that moment, she felt seen for the first time in a long time. He bought her coffee, spoke kindly to her, and reminded her she mattered.
She calls him her “old guardian angel”, a human messenger placed there to save her life when she needed it most.
3. The Voice That Warned
Walking home one afternoon, a teenager paused to grab her phone when she suddenly heard a voice inside her head. It was a woman’s voice, urgent and clear: “Run.”
She hesitated, confused, until the voice screamed again, “RUN!”
She bolted forward without thinking. Seconds later, a car crashed into the exact spot where she had been standing.

One more step, and the world’s fastest and deadliest snake would have struck.
The voice hadn’t come from his friend, still swimming in the water. It came from within – but so powerfully, he couldn’t deny it.
“I feel it was my guardian angel who shouted at me to stop,” he said. “Otherwise I would have stepped right on the snake.”
